Ex-MP Bllako returned to prison due fear of interfering with justice

Former MP of the Socialist Party (SP), Alqi Bllako has been sent back to prison this Wednesday by decision of the Appellate Instance of the Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption (GJKKO), as a precautionary measure for him not to interfere with justice and the punishment process for being involved in the incinerators affair.

Based on the available information, Bllako can affect the taking of evidence, and there is a risk that he might flee Albania to escape punishment.

However, Former Socialist MP Bllako is suspected of abuse of office and other charges related to the incinerator affair.
