Prime Minister Edi Rama went this morning to the Shupenza, in Bulqiza.
Rama was in Bulqiza with the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku and the Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca. While talking about agriculture and animal husbandry in the country, Rama said that Albania has received more funds from the EU than other countries in the region.
But he said that these funds cannot be given to farmers or cattle breeders who do not have the proper documentation. In relation to this impasse, Rama said that the next step of the government will be to facilitate the provision of farmers with the proper documentation for land ownership.
Meanwhile, Frida Krifca said that despite the world crisis due to the war in Ukraine, agricultural production in Albania has shown progress. She said that according to a study carried out by the World Bank, it turns out that inflation in Albania had half the effect compared to the region.
