National Security Commission, Çuçi: An increase of 7% for the employees of the Ministry of Interior

The Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi, has stated in the Commission for National Security that there will be a 7% salary increase for the employees of the Ministry of the Interior, the Guard of the Republic and the police, while the employees of the Police Surveillance Agency will have a salary increase of 13%.

“In the 2023 budget, we also took into account these consequences, coping with war inflation and strengthening the protection of State Police systems. In the 2023 budget, for the State Police, but not only, we will have a salary increase and correspondingly in relation to the State Police, about 74% of the number of employees, including the basic level, the salary increase will be 15%.

Salary increase to 7% for the Guard of the Republic and the Police Supervision Agency to 13%. Salary increase for firefighters by 7%. Finally, for other employees of the Ministry of Interior, we will have a 7% salary increase.
