Prime Minister Edi Rama has said that Russian citizens are welcomed in Albania.
During a media conference after the government meeting, Rama declared that Russians who leave the country because they don’t want to go to war, are welcome in our country.
Hundreds of thousands of Russian citizens have reportedly fled the country after President Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization forcing conscripts to the frontline in the war Russia launched on February 24 in Ukraine.
