The head of the Parliamentary group, Taulant Balla said that the moment has come to conclude the process of electing the President. Although the opposition has burned the 3 possibilities to propose names, Balla added that the majority is ready to talk to any MP of the parliamentary groups.
Balla goes on to say that in the 4th round there will be a president named after a long process, and added that some names have been identified that are close to meeting the conditions. According to Balla, no one can hold the presidential election process hostage, while calling for dialogue and co-operation again with the opposition.
The Law Commission approved the report to be sent to the Assembly without any candidacy for the new president in the third round and the next round to take place no later than 7 days.
