The National Council of the Democratic Party has voted for the names of the members for the Presidency of the Democratic Party. With the election of the Presidency by the National Council, the mandate of the Re-establishment Commission ends.
From the 47 candidates on the ballot, 20 members, 6 ladies and 14 gentlemen will be elected. What stood out was the return to the list of candidates of Jozefina Topalli, Arben Imami and Florion Mima.
Also part of the lists were MP Ina Zhupa and MP Kasëm Mahmutaj, who were the only ones who participated in the Assembly on April 30.
As announced by the President of the National Council, Edi Paloka, all members will have 2 ballots, one with the list of ladies where they must choose no more than 6 and one with the list of male candidates where they must choose no more than 14.
