Specifically, among the names that are circulating within the Democrats are Ina Rama, Visar Zhiti, Dritan Demiraj, Dashamir Shehi, Neritan Ceka or Arben Cejku. Meanwhile, Majlinda Bregu and Dashamir Shehi are expected to be proposals of PD allies.
Let us remember that one of the most important names is the former Chief Prosecutor Ina Rama, who is known for her fierce clashes with Sali Berisha.
These names come as an attempt by Enkelejd Alibeaj to propose what he has emphasized in previous meetings, a President of the Albanians and not of the party.
Today at the headquarters of the Democratic Party is scheduled the meeting of the Parliamentary Group, where it is expected that Alibeaj together with his supporters will discuss the names they will propose for President.
