For the first time in Albania, drivers have undergone a drug test. The State Police announces that a 25-year-old man has been arrested, after the test showed that he was driving under the influence of narcotics.
The police clarifies that during the police controls, the driver J. Ç., 25 years old, was detained, during the physical control of which a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa was found and seized.
Based on this fact, the Traffic Police services have done the drug test, with the AquilaScan device. After the test, it turned out that the 25-year-old was driving under the influence of narcotics.
