State Supreme Audit has reported to SPAK 8 employees of the Ministry of Health for the criminal offense “Violation of the equality of participants in tenders or public auctions.” According to SSA violations have been found committed by eight officials of Ministry of Health institutions under it, as well as two employees of ATRAKO, regarding the procedure for “Concession / public private partnership, for providing laboratory services to university, regional and hospitals. of the municipalities of Saranda and Lushnja ”as well as the procurement procedure for“ Purchase of patient monitor for anti-covid measures ”.
The audit of the above-mentioned concession procedure, as announced by State Supreme Audit revealed illegal actions of seven employees, members of the Concession / PPP Commission, actions that are contrary to the legal obligations attributed to this commission, as well as legal provisions. which regulate the concession procedure in question.
Also from the audit of the procurement procedure for “Purchase of patient monitor for anti-covid measures” State Supreme Audit adds that “a series of violations committed by three employees, members of the Bid Evaluation Commission, in violation of legal provisions for public procurement, as well as with the regular fulfillment of the duty of the member of KVO |.
In relation to these violations, the Supreme State Audit Office has reported to the Special Prosecutor’s Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime ten employees for the criminal offense “Violation of equality of participants in public tenders or auctions”, provided by Article 258 of the Criminal Code.
