From today in our country will enter into force the new measures decided by the Committee of Experts that expands the range of categories which must be vaccinated. As of today, all employees of public administration, supermarkets and shopping malls must present the vaccination certificate as a category that poses a risk to others.
At the last meeting of the Committee, Chairwoman Mira Rakacolli recalled once again the decision stating that the document has begun to be generated in the E-Albania system.
“I remind you that on January 4, all employees of public administration, supermarkets and shopping malls as a category that pose a risk to others will present the vaccination document or certificates of cure valid up to 6 months after the day of service. This certificate has started to be generated in the e-albania system as well “, said Rakacolli.
The measures:
-Police hours continue from 23:00 – 06:00, except on New Year’s Eve.
-Employees of public administration, supermarkets and shopping centers will present the vaccination document or recovery certificates valid up to 6 months after the day of service, starting from January 4, 2022,
-It follows that citizens entering the Republic of Albania, from all border crossings or those in transit, must continue to submit one of the following documents:
– Vaccination passport, where the date of the last vaccination is at least two weeks applied from the date of entry into the border.
PCR test, performed within 72 hours or rapid antigenic test within 48 hours of border entry.
– Transmission test for Sars-Cov-2 infection valid up to 6 months after cure.
– Citizens resident of the Republic of Albania and who do not have any of the documents mentioned in point 1, must be isolated for a period of 10 days and inform the health authorities to perform a test at the end of the isolation period.
The order for the use of masks indoors, in shopping malls, supermarkets, shops, etc., and in all those places where physical distancing is not provided, remains in force.
The order to allow gatherings of up to 50 people and of cultural activities, sports, etc. up to 30% of their capacities with the presence of spectators continues to remain in force.
