Crime Investigation Specialists at the Police Commissariat no. 1 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen E. B., 38 years old, previously convicted for the criminal offense “Theft”, after in Elbasan Street, he stole the wallet of the citizen D. A, on a bus.
From the specialists for the Investigation of Crime in the Police Commissariat no. 3 was made in flagrante delicto the citizen P. M., 31 years old, previously convicted for the criminal offense “Theft”, after he stole the wallet of the citizen I. M. in “Kastriotet” street, on a bus.
Crime Investigation Specialists at the Police Commissariat no. 2 arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses “Obstruction of the circulation of vehicles”, “Self-judgment” and “Opposition of a public order police officer”, citizen S. LL., 45 years old, administrator of a firm in Ndre Street Mjeda ”, after having self-appointed 8 heavy tonnage trucks obstructing the circulation of transport vehicles and entrance gates in the construction complex of the firm.
From the specialists for the Investigation of Crime in the Police Commissariat no. 4, the citizen A. B., 29 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, after he insulted and used physical violence against his brother-in-law in Dibra Street, for weak motives.
The traffic police made the arrest of the citizens in flagrante delicto:
-L. K., 38 years old and T. K., 25 years old, after being caught red-handed driving the respective vehicles in a drunken state;
-S. B., 18 years old, after on Elbasan Street, he was caught driving without the relevant permit.
