30th June elections, Balla: Proper Constitutional Decision, no one over sovereignty

The head of the socialist parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, welcomed the decision of the Constitutional Court, which declared the June 30, 2019 elections legal.

In a statement to the media outside the Presidency of the Assembly, Balla stressed that the decision was fair and consolidated the conviction that no one comes out on top of the people.

“I want to say that the seat of the Constitutional Court was fair, welcome, which consolidated a conviction of all that no one can stand above the sovereign. The decision was the right one, which consolidated the democratic order and values ​​in Albania, where the sovereign people decide above all.
