2023-2024 new school year has begun this Monday in all pre-university education institutions, where about 29,000 students will go to school for the first time, while about 27,000 will go to the 10th grades.
This new school year, all students of basic education from the first to the 9th grade have benefited from free textbooks, as well as 16 categories in need, special in secondary education.
Few days ago, Prime Minister Rama announced that this year’s innovation, are the free textbooks for students from the first to the third grade, which means that they will not hand over the textbooks at the end of the year.
Because of their young age and the difficulty they have to take good care of the book, but many texts are with notes and this makes it difficult for the students of the next generation to use them.
On his part, Interior Minister Taulant Balla presented the new security package for students in schools few days ago.
