Lezha Police has cracked down on two more cases of selling narcotics, in doses, in Lezha and Mirdita, as informed this Sunday. In the city of Lezha, Salvator Luka, a resident of Pukë, while in Mirdita, Ndue Rregji, was arrested.
During this operation, two citizens were handcuffed and 68 doses of suspected cannabis, ready for sale, as well as military ammunition was seized.
After the arrests, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë for further investigative actions.
“As a result of the intensive operational actions carried out within the framework of the nationwide anti-drug police mega-operation coded “Tempulli”, the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Lezhë Local Police Directorate, based on the information provided by the police intelligence, have ascertained and struck 2 more cases in this field.
In the city of Lezha, during the physical control of the citizen, 26 years old, resident of Pukë, the Police services found him doses of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, ready for sale.
In Mirdita, during the physical check on the citizen, 31 years old, and the check in his apartment, the Police services found dozens of doses of the suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa, ready for sale, as well as a quantity of military ammunition”, said the law enforcement.
