Two people were pulled out from under the ruins of the collapsed terrace in Qerret. It is learned that one of them died, while another was transported to the hospital.
The incident took place a few minutes ago, while the police, ambulance and fire brigade are at the scene and have made their extraction possible. The two persons have been identified as Shaban Shehu, who is the owner of the house, and Bert Roshi, who has been working.
Roshi is in the Durres hospital and his life is out of danger.
