Tirana Court decided to extradite to Germany the citizen from Tajikistan, Komron Zukhurov, arrested as part of a terrorist cell. Zukhuruv is suspected of being a member of an ISIS terrorist cell and was declared wanted by Germany for terrorist acts. He was arrested on April 30 in Albania.
During his arrest, 24-year-old Zukhurov agreed with the prosecution’s request for extradition, but asked not to be extradited to Tajikistan, arguing that his life was in danger.
On May 2, the court imposed the measure “prison arrest” on 24-year-old Zukhurov, with the aim of extraditing him to Germany. Zukhurov was declared wanted by Interpol after issuance of an international arrest warrant for the criminal offense “Participation in a foreign terrorist organization”./abcnews.al
