Prime Minister Edi Rama says that his proposal for the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo is a contribution to continue the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade.
In a press conference from the Prime Minister’s Office, Rama stated that Kosovo and Serbia are not agreeing on the drafting of a document for the Association.
“I didn’t say the Americans and the European Union. I said they are independent experts who have worked together to make a contribution.
And what I have done is simply to turn this contribution into an opportunity for dialogue.
While it is vital for Kosovo to finalize the process that enables mutual recognition and enables the final liberation of Kosovo from obstacles of a legal nature, in relation to a part of Europe and the world that does not recognize it as republic”, emphasized the Prime Minister.
