The Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu in her speech gave details about the social groups that will benefit from the bonus package for the holidays.
“Today the government has taken an important decision, for the end-of-year solidarity package that supports special categories and the end-of-year reward for families with economic assistance will benefit from the solidarity package, 72 thousand individuals with disabilities and part of the package of solidarity are retirees.
“The fund that the government has made available is 4 million dollars without including pensioners”, said Manastirliu.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Finance, Delina Ibrahima has given details about the bonus that pensioners will receive for the end-of-year holidays. Among other things, she said that it is expected that in the 2022 budget this bonus will be approved from the beginning.
“Today, the government has approved the draft decision for the end-of-year bonuses for 668 thousand pensioners who benefit from the package approved today, which amounts to 3.5 billion ALL only for pensioners. “In 2022, the end-of-year bonus will no longer be controversial, but will always be allocated”, she said.
