The elections in Kukes/ Celibashi tells how much will cost to the state budget

The chairman of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, has spoken about the partial elections in the Kukes Municipality, which will be held on September 24. He said that there are over 45,000 voters in Kukes, who can exercise their right to elect the new head of the municipality.

“It turns out that this number is 45,946 voters in the list of voters of Kukes municipality, who have the opportunity to vote in the elections of September 24, of which 22,174 are female voters, 23,772 are male voters.

There are 74 polling centers in which voting will take place, out of these 72, one center is in the detention facility in Kukes”, he said.

He said that so far nine polling stations with seven members have been filled, adding that they are waiting for the proposals for filling them.

The head of the CEC responded to ABC News, saying that other proposals that have not been approved have documentation problems and the body he leads is doing the proper verifications and reviews.

According to Celibashi, the Kuka Municipality elections will cost the state budget over 25 million ALL.
