A special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council is being held in Vienna to discuss the situation in Belarus.
During his speech, Prime Minister Edi Rama, said that the OSCE should give a solution to the situation, adding that it can not interfere in the internal affairs of the country.
First I want to make three things clear: it is not up to us to interfere in the internal affairs of Belarus. No matter how strong the feelings of each of us are, it is not up to us to take sides.
