SPAK(“Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime”) has filed the criminal report made by the Alliance for the Protection of Theater for the Mayor Erjon Veliaj.
Journalist Glidona Daci reports for abcnews.al that SPAK has filed an investigation, but the proceeding has not been registered in the name of the mayor.
On May 6, the Alliance filed a lawsuit against Veliaj with the Special Prosecutor’s Office, accusing the mayor of “abuse of office, corruption of officials on public office, committed in collaboration.”
