Lawsuits on the “January 21” murders by the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja and the Socialist Party (SP), will be reviewed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Tirana.
Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) declared incompetence and transferred the reports to the Prosecutor’s Office for further investigation.
The two new reports of the SP came after the publication of the audio recording in the media, which was the property of Aleks Nika’s family.
However, the SPAK filed a report against the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, the former Minister of the Interior, Lulzim Basha and the former Commander of the Guard, Ndrea Prendi, as part of the investigation into the January 21 file.
