It has been learned that the Special Appeal approved the decision of the first instance.
Meanwhile, businessman Gjoka has been seized 390,000 meters of land on the beach of Velipoja at the request of SPAK, while it is suspected that these land surfaces have been obtained through forgery.
Specifically, it is about an area of 390 thousand square meters of forest, located in Velipoja, Shkodra, which are registered in the name of the businessman’s father, Kol Gjoka.
