Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK) has submitted to the court the request for the dismissal of Judge Iliriana Olldashi, in the hearing for the termination of security measures for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
Local media reports that the hearing on the request to cancel the two security measures for Berisha has been postponed to 14:00. Judge of Special Appeal, Ilirjana Olldashi, was in a conflict of interest to give the decision for Jamarbër Malltez.
In the property declaration, it is revealed that Olldashi bought an apartment in the towers built in the former Partizani complex from the company “Homeplan” and “Kontakt”.
