The Parliament of Kosovo is holding an extraordinary session according to the situation in North.
Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti in his speech said that they decided to postpone the elections in North together with the internationals because of the security in the country.
He said that they accepted the recommendations of QUINT, adding that on that day, 16 barricades were set up by criminals in the North.
Kurti said that the elections on April 23 should be held because they could not be postponed any longer, and on April 19, Escobar stated that he would recognize these elections and that he hoped that the Serbs would then return to the institutions.
He said that the representatives of the Serbian List have abandoned all the institutions and that they come to the parliament just to get their salaries.
