A 37-year-old man has been arrested this Wednesday in Tirana in the frwmework of police operation coded “Tracing”.
Citizen with initials E.B was arrested after having committed several thefts in several pharmacies in Tirana in recent months.
Specifically, on 31.01.2023 and on 19.03.2023, he stole different sums of money, in a pharmacy, on “Teodor Keko” street, while on 23.04.2023, he stole a sum of money in a pharmacy in “Loni Ligori” street.
According to the authorities, this person entered these pharmacies, as he also fought with the employees, while forcibly taking the daily turnover. Meanwhile, as material evidence, clothes were seized which the author is suspected to have used during the thefts.
“Services of Police Station No. 6, following the work to combat illegality in the field of theft of property and wealth, based on informational intelligence, organized and finalized the coded police operation “Tracing”.
As a result of this operation, citizen E.B., 37 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested for the criminal offense of “Theft”.
From the investigative actions, it has emerged that this citizen has committed several thefts, during the last months, in several pharmacies in Tirana. 3 of these thefts were documented with legal evidence, specifically:
– On 31.01.2023 and on 19.03.2023, he stole various amounts of money in a pharmacy on “Teodor Keko” street;
– On 23.04.2023, he stole a sum of money from a pharmacy on “Loni Ligori” street”, said the police.
