Rama’s two-day visit to Italy

Prime Minister Edi Rama is expected to leave this Tuesday for Italy for a two-day visit. Journalist Esiona Konomi reports that the head of the government will meet this afternoon with Ignazio La Russa, President of the Senate of the Republic of Italy.

The following day, several official meetings are planned, including a special meeting with the Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni.

The focus of the visit will be the cooperation of the two parties, in economy, tourism, infrastructure, but also in diplomacy.

The two prime ministers met for the last time together this summer, when Meloni accepted Rama’s invitation to take a few days of vacation in Albania.
