Rama at the Munich conference: Russia lives in fear of being surrounded by NATO and the EU

In the capacity of OSCE Chairman, Prime Minister Edi Rama delivered his speech today at the Security Conference in Mynih.

Speaking about the situation in Ukraine, Rama emphasized sovereignty, which he said is one of the principles of establishing the OSCE.

“I was 11 when the OSCE was created and Albania was not only the one country that didn’t participate, but it was also the country that denounced the creation of the OSCE as a degree of degeneration of the world.
