The problem is legal, that measure stems from an unconstitutional process. Today, the court announced only the ruling. We have another session on Thursday. For the loss of the power of the decision, the battle will be long, we will carry out all legal procedures” continued Gjokutaj.
Among other things, the legal defender of the former prime minister commented on the reasons for Berisha’s non-appearance at SPAK.
Meanwhile, the Court did not give a justification regarding the decision to change the security measure for Malltezi.
The court has not given a reason why it decided to change the security measure for Jamarmbër Malltezi. It left in force the decision for Berisha to appear before the prosecutor’s office and the ban on leaving the country.
