Four people have fallen into the hands of the Fier police, two others have been criminally prosecuted, while another has been declared wanted for illegal organization of gambling.
A 24-year-old man and a 45-year-old man were arrested after the latter organized gambling games in his bar in the “15 Tetori” neighborhood in Fier. A 46-year-old man was arrested and two others, 64 and 52 years old, were prosecuted for making a bar in Patos available for the organization of gambling.
The two prosecuted citizens were caught in this environment, placing sports bets with mobile phones. A 20-year-old man was also arrested, while a 39-year-old man was declared wanted, as the latter’s bar in the “29-nëvtori” neighborhood was adapted for illegal sports betting. For these cases, 7 cell phones and 3 computers were seized, which served this illegal activity.
