Police of Lushnja has arrested this Friday the wanted 30-year-old Borana Faslliu, after she was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison, for the criminal offense of “Sexual relationship with violence, with adults”.
Court of Appeal has sentenced the 30-year-old woman to 3 years and 4 months in prison for the criminal offense “Sexual relationship with violence, with adults”.
This citizen was implicated in a case of this criminal activity against a 26-year-old woman, committed on 03.12.2020, by the husband of the citizen Borana Faslliu, who was arrested a day later and is currently serving a prison sentence.
In the meantime, the procedural materials have been passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Lushnjë General Jurisdiction for further actions.
“As a result of checks based on information provided by police intelligence and carried out following the national police operation coded “Rule of Law”, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Lushnja Police Station, in cooperation with the services of the Police Station Durrës, they located, captured and detained the wanted citizen, Borana Faslliu, 30 years old, resident of Lushnjë”, as quoted from the police announcement.
