Police officers have discovered this Friday a weed house inside an army tunnel in Krasta protected area of Kruja. Law enforcement revealed that five people have been arrested, two of whom are OSHEE employees, while two others have been declared wanted.
During the control, 390 suspected cannabis sativa narcotic plants, a lighting system with 30 lamps, 1 aspirator, 2 fans, 30 power boosters, as well as other equipment used for the cultivation of narcotic plants were found and seized as material evidence.
Investigations found that the tunnel was supplied with uninterrupted electricity through an illegal electricity connection, in the tension pole in the village of Halil, Fushë Krujë, a connection for which the specialized intervention of the employees of the OSHEE of the area.
For this reason, the citizens with initials O.F. and E.H., employees of OSHEE Fushë Krujë, were arrested for the criminal offense “Abuse of office”. Furthermore, 2 other employees of OSHEE, the manager of the OSHEE group, as well as an electrician of the area were declared wanted.
Meanwhile, the investigative work is ongoing to identify other citizens involved in this activity, while the materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office, for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, “Theft of electric energy”, “Organization of gambling” and “Employment of duty”.
“Services of Krujë Police Commissariat and the operational ones of the DVP Durrës, in implementation of the orders sent by the General Director of the State Police, for the intensification of controls in closed premises, former warehouses and tunnels, in order to prevent the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps, based on police information intelligence, organized and finalized the police operation coded “Tunnel”.
As a result, in the Krastë environmental protection zone, a tunnel (former army tunnel) was found, in a difficult passage area, adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants by means of lamps.

H. S., 61 years old and R. H., 58 years old, both residents of Halil residential area, Krujë, as well as A. S., 21 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë. The investigations showed that the citizen A. S. was also engaged in the illegal activity of gambling.
Following the investigative actions, it was established that the tunnel was supplied with uninterrupted electricity, through an illegal electricity connection, to the voltage pole in the village of Halil, Fushë Krujë, a connection for which the specialized intervention of employees was definitely necessary. of the OSHEE of the area.
For this reason, OSHEE employees, citizens O.F. and E.H., with the duty of working for OSHEE Fushë Krujë, were arrested for the criminal offense of “Abuse of duty”.
Also, 2 other OSHEE employees were declared wanted, citizen S. K., responsible for the OSHEE group (arrested before for this illegality) and citizen E. K., electrician of the area”, announced the police.
