The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) will ask the Central Election Commission to reopen the ballot boxes for the Municipality of Belsh.
The decision was taken at the meeting held this Monday, where the two members of KAS, Ledio Braho and Elvis Çela, made the request. Meanwhile, KAS decided to overturn the request of the coalition “Bashkë Fitojmë” for the review of valid and invalid ballots for this municipality.
The legal representatives of “Bashke Fitojmë” have presented some evidence, which according to them, shows that there were irregularities in the voting. They said that to confirm the claims, they also have short film footage, which will be made available to KAS. Meanwhile, KAS has decided that on Monday, the recount of votes for the Municipality of Rrogozhina will take place./abcnews.al
