Mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, went this Monday to the premises of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK), regarding the accusation of corruption and violation of equality in tenders.
In this summoning, Suli thus responds to the second call from SPAK. While entering the premises of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, Suli did not stop talking to the media.
SPAK is conducting investigations against the mayor and municipal officials, “Exercise of illegal influence on persons exercising public functions”, “Abuse of duty”, “Violation of equality of participants in public tenders or auctions” and “Passive corruption of persons who exercise public functions.
