The Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu, after the end of the government meeting this Thursday, announced the decisions that were approved by the Council of Ministers.
Manastirliu has stated that the reform for hospital autonomy that supports professionals in these hospital systems has been approved.
With this decision, doctors have the right to conduct visits even outside of working hours for patients who choose them against an invoice determined by the hospital board.
“Hospital autonomy in the Memorial Hospital of Fier and there are three other hospitals that are preparing the necessary basis for the hospital elements such as the Mother Teresa Hospital Center, Durrës Hospital and Shkodra Hospital, then other hospitals will also be part of it,”said the minsiter.
