Institute of Forensic Medicine has performed the expert examination for the 3-year-old girl who was raped a few days ago by a teacher in a private kindergarten in Tirana.
Examination was carried out on Wednesday, November 8, and on the same day it was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District. Meanwhile, the police have started criminal proceedings against Daniel Danushi, the owner of the kindergarten, where he was raped by the 3-year-old teacher in Tirana.
This kindergarden was without a license, and the owner also hid the income from this activity. The serious incident happened on November 1.
Girl’s parents stated that they were notified by the kindergarten at 3:00 p.m., but the violence allegedly happened around 10:20 a.m.
