Prosecutor’s Office of Fier reacted this Sunday regarding the protest of the employees of a garment factory in this city, which took place on Saturday in front of the building of this institution.
They demand that the report they made to the owners of the company for not receiving salaries for two months be considered as soon as possible. In the notification of the Prosecution, it is stated that the criminal case is still under investigation.
Prosecution body announced that it has registered the proceedings for the criminal offense “Provoked bankruptcy”, provided for by Article 193, of the Criminal Code, presented by a group of employees of the entity “O.A” SH.P.K.
