A 35-year-old man has been arrested this Thursday by the Police in Elbasan, after he was declared wanted following sentencing to prison by Tirana Court for the criminal offenses “Domestic Violence” and “Actions contrary to the court’s decision”.
Citizen with initials E.G is suspected of having abused his sister and committed actions in violation of the Court’s decision, which had provided the 35-year-old’s sister with a protection order.
However, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, for further actions.
“Services of the Special Operational Force of the DVP Elbasan, in cooperation with the services of the Elbasan Police Station, following the work to locate and capture the wanted citizens, based on the information provided by the information intelligence, have captured in the neighborhood “Dyli Haxhire”, Elbasan, and have detained the citizen:
E. G., 35 years old, resident of Elbasan.
This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana assigned him the security measure “Arrest in prison” for the criminal offenses “Domestic violence” and “Actions contrary to the court’s decision”, because it is suspected that he used violence against his sister and committed actions contrary to the Court’s decision, which had provided the 35-year-old’s sister with a protection order”, said the police.
