State Police have announced today that 17 detention orders have been issued, 9 executed and are working on others implicated.
Those arrested include officials, owners, builders and specialists .
After a two-week work, based on evidence provided by the prosecution, according to the statement of the Durres Police Director, Lorenc Shehu, has been found that damages were due to construction without respecting the rules.

3- Aldo Dakovelli, Head of Department in the Durres Cadastre
4-Artemis Malko Field Officer at Durres Cadastre
5-Artur Cela, former director of INUV
6-Flamur Gjuzi, former director of ALUIZNI Durres
7- The builder of the Lala family apartment in Kënetë./abcnews.al
