Bar ‘owners have been arrested and another has been declared wanted in Himare after being accused of occupying public spaces and adapting the premises for the cultivation and sale of cannabis sativa narcotics.
As part of the coded operation “All in”, as a result of an investigation followed with proactive methods, it became possible to arrest the owners of these two bars and another one was announced as wanted, and the waiter in this bar is also under investigation.
Meanwhile, another owner is under investigation after occupying public space, on the beach of Kroreza, to put up umbrellas and sunbeds. As part of the operation, it was possible to seize narcotics ammunition, 90 umbrellas and 180 sunbeds, and cannabis sativa narcotic plants were destroyed.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Vlora, for further actions.
