President Bajram Begaj quietly passes the two much-discussed laws, the one on medical cannabis and medical students. Monday evening was the deadline when the President would decree the two laws that were approved in the last session in the Parliament, on July 20.
He has decided not to put his signature on the decree, but to pass them silently, a form that does not prevent their entry into force. The student law only affects those in Medicine, forcing them to serve up to 5 years in the local hospital service and then receive their degree.
This measure was taken by the government with the aim of stopping the departure of white shirts from our country. This Tuesday also ends the deadline for the decree or not of the law for the Academy of Sciences.
