Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) seized this Thursday 5 assets of two brothers from Fushë-Kruja, Bardhok and Kastriot Shota, residents in the village of Derven.
These two citizens have been investigated and are being tried by the Belgian authorities, as within a structured criminal group they have dealt with the illegal activity of cultivating cannabis during 2020.
Nevertheless, the Agency for Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, Tirana, is in charge of the Administration and use of movable and immovable assets.
List of seized assets below:
1. Immovable property eventually owned by the citizen Gj. Shota (father of the subjects of the property investigation), stated in the legalization process that took place in Kodër-Derven, Krujë.
2. Real estate “Apartment” no. 1, with a total construction area of 50.3 (fifty point three) m², located in Golem-Kavajë, eventually owned by the citizen Gj. Shota (father of the subjects of the property investigation).
3. Real estate “Apartment” no. 2, with a total construction area of 45.2 (forty-five point 2) m², located in Golem-Kavajë, eventually owned by citizen Gj. Shota (father of the subjects of the property investigation).
4. Real estate “Apartment” no. 3, with a total construction area of 40.2 (forty point 2) m², located in Golem-Kavajë, eventually owned by citizen Gj. Shota (father of the subjects of the property investigation).
5. Movable assets Dayang brand motor vehicle, model DY110-18, year of production 2013, motorbike.
