Lawyer Spartak Ngjela this Wednesday in an interview to “Tirana Live” commented on the arrest of the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako.
In his speech, Ngjela stated that the issue of the arrest of the former mayor is complicated, since according to him, it should be examined in detail whether the signature is really his responsibility or that of the technicians.
“The case is not yet at high levels for corruption or waste, as for the arrest of the former mayor of Durres, the matter is not so easy, as we do not know where the engineering or administrative violation is, as the mayor cannot to give permission for the construction of 3-4 floors, if there is no technical document from professional engineers,” stated Ngjela.
