Court of Korça has set the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for 59-year-old Anesti Sala from the village of Pojan, who was arrested three days ago for sexual harassment of a 13-year-old girl.
Prosecution demanded for the 59-year-old the security measure of arrest and imprisonment, a request that was accepted by the court. Appointed defender mainly requested a milder security measure for Salen, who during the hearing denied sexually harassing the minor.
The 59-year-old claimed that he was a regular user of alcohol and the day he had a conflict with the 14-year-old’s grandmother, due to her harassment, he was drunk.
Anesti Sala was arrested by the local police for sexual harassment of a minor from the same village, after the reporting of her relatives.
