The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, together with representatives of Kosovo’s institutions, paid tribute at the “Adem Jashari” Memorial Complex in Prekaz. From there, President Begaj emphasized that the state of Kosovo is the trust and legacy of Ibrahim Rugova and Adem Jashari.
“It is a pleasure to be here today on the 15th anniversary of the free and independent state of Kosovo. This is the bequest and legacy left to us by Ibrahim Rugova and Adem Jashari. For 15 years we have seen the birth and growth of the state of Kosovo and I believe that our journey is ahead, the Euro-Atlantic journey”, he said.
Begaj will also address the people of Kosovo at the session of the Assembly of Kosovo, which starts at 11:00.
